As it was declared in the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the bill (Reg. No3323) is aimed at the further development of combined production of heating and electrical power. Today in Ukraine are put into operation more than 100 specialized units, the people´s deputies emphasised.
The bill also contains the norm according to which tariffs on heating and electrical energy, produced by the qualified specialized congenerational units, includes investment part in the order defined by the National Committee on Electrical Energy Regulation.
According to the bill authors, its adoption facilitates rate increase of the energy security of Ukraine as a state, dependent on energy sources import.
